The nebbia. Has a little bit of a fermentation funk to it. Quite a bit of fermentation funk on the nose. Half fermentation in tank, have bottled fermented. And that shows.

Deep purple, hazy. Fruity nose. Medium to full body, dense flavor, tannins and alcohol obvious but not excessively, fizzy even the next day, short aftertaste, drier finish. Sweet but not as much as other Lambrusco wines. Fruity, blackberries. Not Champagne but useful for people who want to celebrate but can’t drink white wine.

MNB: Non-Champagne Traditional Method Sparklers (Home (Noe st)): (blind) Medium minus ruby color (this is dark for a sparkler!!!). Grape juice and black pepper. Light ham - like lunchables ham. Tastes like shiraz. Black pepper, ham, ripe grapey black fruit. Off-dry - maybe 15g dosage. Medium body, a bit hot - 13% alcohol (actually 11.5%), medium acid, medium plus tannins (bitter and papery).
This tastes like someone carbonated Shiraz. The bubbles are coarse, and the relatively weak strength and lack of overt autolysis makes me think tank-method.
Laterals: - Lambrusco - would have higher acid, no tannins, more red-fruit. - Sparkling Shiraz - seems to fit.
Final Call: NV Sparkling Shiraz, $20.
Actually: Tank method Lambrusco. fiorini becco rosso Grape is Lambrusco Grasparossa - most tannic and bold clone of lambrusco.

Fun sparking red! Deep color, but fairly light and easy to drink. Great summer wine

No fair rating this. Opened way too late. Not very high expectations to begin with. Awful stuff at this time.

Really interesting Lambrusco. Tannic and bone dry. This wine needs some sort of fat to enjoy.

Grape juice with a bit of fizz. Not overly sweet but not my cup of tea, I mean wine.

Fine example of a quality Lambrusco. Good froth, grapey-earthy flavor profile, crisp & dry across the palate.
