Winemaker Notes Delicate rose color with fine and persistent perlage. Elegant, complex bouquet on the nose with scents of rose, hints of fresh fruits and lychees. The sip is full, sapid, harmonious, with a well-balanced acidity.

Merlot and Pinot noir. 50/50. They like the interaction of the two grapes. Merlot gives the power but there is some elegance of the Pinot. Long finish.

In Marina district for Meredith's b-day. First experience with this wine.
Nice bright salmon/pink color with the bubbles. Nose was red fruits, raspberry and strawberry. Dry palate with some cherry on the palate, crisp and refreshing finish. Really nice, easy to drink.

Bright, light salmon in color, with pink and orange highlights. Fairly vigorous mousse. The nose is clean and fresh, with strawberry, dried cherry and some sweet, aromatic herbs. The palate is dry, with a little residual sugar and just enough acidity for balance. It ends drier, with a slightly bitter finish and some nice mineral notes. There's just a hint of tannin. The alcohol is medium and unobtrusive at 12.5%. This is really a pretty good sparkler and a nice value. Very food friendly, since it pairs with just about anything. Drink now.

Very faint grapefruit and stone fruit scents. Raspberry mousse with hints of yeastiness on the palate. Not rich or complex and a bit reserved for my taste, but still decent value.

A spumante made from equal parts merlot and pinot noir. Nose: faint Palate: strawberry, crisp acidity, a bit sweet. A good sipping wine. I don't care for rosé wines as I think that they taste medicinal, but I can see that this one would be popular. Small bubbles.

Delicate pink color with tiny dispersed bubbles with low-key raspberry and rose aromas. On the palate it's fresh, lively and dry with a creamy mousse followed by strawberry, raspberry, and mineral flavors. Short clean finish. Nice value at $13

Aromas of strawberry and yeast, with muted notes of the same tastes on the palate. Slightly off-dry with decent bubbles, it just lacks much complexity or finish.

Merlot/Pinot Noir rosé Prosecco blend. Bright pink color. Medium sized bubbles. Attractive floral yeasty nose. Medium-bodied palate with strawberry, citrus, and minerals. Slightly sweet. Good length on the medium-long dry finish.. A nice summertime aperitif rosé.

Vias Value Wines (Vias HQ): Richer then the blanc. Dry. Still a solid wine, though I think I like the regular bottling a little more.
