New to wine, but this is the best cheap wine we've ever had. Tried two bottles at two different events and loved it so much, we bought a case. Our first case! A little fruity with a nice mellow finish.

A lovely well-priced juicy red from the Spanish Extramadura. Darker fruit and sweet flowers on the nose, with earth and vegetables in the background; a blast of pure, bright, almost sweet, reddish fruit flavors in the mouth (plums, sweet cherries, black cherries), with firm but well integrated tannins for balance; nice finish, ending at last with green pea notes. I think this would be a hit at large gatherings.

Excellent value. I really like this wine. Expected some heat spike from the 15% ABV but it did not come through. Well balanced purple and dark red fruit with moderate tannins and nice acidity. I am hoping to pick up a couple more bottles tomorrow as this is a nice value wine to break out with friends on any night.

Like most of the red wine from Spain I have had recently this is a good quality wine. I was a bit disappointed though in the body of the wine (Light-medium). Finish is OK but not memorial. Initial taste is medium fruit followed by a dry finish.

Really enjoyed it. fruity and a bit on the sweet side but balanced with a nice unbitter finish. One of the best wines we've had. (Beginner-none to little exp. with tasting)

Unlike my more positive experience with the first bottle of this Tempranillo, this time the flavors did not seem integrated. Overripe black plum almost to the point of being cloying in nature. Almost a stewed prunes flavor which I definitely did not remember the first time around. I am trying to determine whether it was a potentially flawed bottle or if my first tasting of this was a fluke. At this price point I can certainly find out.

This is a surprise at this price point. I was intrigued when one a my favorite merchants said this wine was a favorite at a dinner with many more expensive offerings. I love Spanish wine but have not had any for an extended length of time. This offers a light, inviting nose of spice, red fruit with a bright entrance. Some red raspberry and floral notes on the nose open to an accessible medium-bodied wine with good balance and excellent drinkability. Bright and light on its feet from Ribera del Guadiana, an not too familiar region. Worth a try, heck- worth a case.

Pretty good for the price. Best of three inexpensive wines that we had at a family dinner.
