Another year of cellaring has this temperanillo peaking right now. No secondary flavors, and avg bouquet, but the garnet color has emerged with a more matured cherry and hints of vanilla, toned oak.

I thought this was rather awful actually. Bloated with alcohol to the point of being almost undrinkable. So inky and ripe that it obscures the Tempranillo flavor profile. This is not Tempranillo.

A year of bottle age has clearly improved this wine. We poured two bottles with a meal of grilled chicken with spicy black beans and sweet corn on the side A great combo and our guests loved the wine and the meal. A strong 90 or as I rated here a 91

Lots of mouth filling tempranillo. The Wine Advocate (Jay Miller) called it a 90 pointer. I can't quite get there but it is a fantastic price/value ratio at $10 delivered. The tanins are a little rough even on the second day but I think a little time will smooth them out. After a week, another bottle is showing much more fruit and I may even order more. I think I'm tasting the 90 points now

Can't say I'm a fan of this wine. Tastes fairly generic and a bit manipulated, with candied fruit and obvious oak. The alcohol is quite apparent. This is tempranillo?

Hot. Alcohol overwhelms the pallet. Tobacco smoke

Very basic table wine. Flat finish. Bit silty.

Ind the beginning it has a bad side taste, but it disappears after an hour or so. Well balanced with soft tannins.

Week night wine. Not worth an extensive note.
