My last bottle and consistent with previous note..."Had with our dinner tonight .... beautiful golden color, lemon, butterscotch with good amount of acidity. Has aged beautifully with at least 2-5 years left in the tank. In a fantastic spot right now....."

Pop and pour and served slightly below cellar temperature (say about 50 F). Golden yellow color. Nose offers pears and lemon. Delicious. Good flavors of lemon curd, some honeysuckle, pear, with a lovely mineral element. Rich mouthfeel but with bright and inviting citrus notes that keeps the wine lively. Quite enjoyable. This wine is in a good place for drinking right now.

Turning a nice golden color. Not much on the nose for the first 30 minutes, but opens up after that to give honeysuckle and lemon aromas. Starting to take on a savory salted caramel taste, mixed with lemon. Excellent now, yet it’s evolution over 3 hours in the glass says hold, as it will get much better. This bottling typically does well with 10-15 years on it from the vintage date.

opened and let breathe in the bottle for an hour. Drank over the next two. Been a couple years since my last bottle and this has really turned into an excellent wine. This is beginning to enter the mature phase. Flavor profile has lemon and for lack of better words a slight ocean saline aspect. Very slight rich caramel component in the background. Best bottle of Littorai Chard I have had in quite awhile. in a great spot now. I would drink these over the next 2-5 years.

Library wine tasted at the Fall pick-up. Notes are limited, but overall impressions warrant a note given how wonderful this wine is. The 2010 Thieriot is probably one the best California Chardonnays I've ever tasted. It is very much in the zone right now, with incredibly well integrated elements of lemon/lime, pear, a bit of spice, and an outstanding minerality that provides balanced complexity. It's as if someone combined the best of Chablis and white Burgundy. Enjoy now and for the next few years if you are fortunate to own some.

Great cool climate Chardonnay, low oak, great body, tremendous length, fruit forward but not overpowering, lemon after-notes. Chilled it and left it on table - was better at milder temps than cold, and even wonderful at room temp next day.

Pure and crystalline in character. Bright lemon and stony almost saline like notes. Not at all oaky, and very restrained and medium bodied. A terrific Chardonnay to pair with seafood.

wonderful nose of bright, airy citrus (savory meyer lemon) and oyster shell. intense fruit on the palate that in no way feels heavy or overly rich due to the wonderful acid lift and tension in the wine. the finish goes on and on. one of the best chards i've had in a long time. will be interesting to check back in on this one in 5+ years.

Savory, herbaceous, stony and fantastic. Aromas of sage, chalk and dusty soil, with notes of quince and pear lurking behind. Opens with a faint hint of crème brûlée sweetness, giving way quickly to white peach that's coated in a lovely, silky mouthfeel. Lemon-curd tartness and chalk linger in the lasting finish, along with a fleeting wisp of honeyed sweetness. Very well balanced, and simply wonderful.

Outstanding chardonnay. Over-used phrase...but very Burgundian. In fact fooled a CS, in a blind side by side with a Puligny. Amazing purity and minerality, excellent acidity without sacrificing a concentrated mouthfeel. Possibly my favorite Cali chard. Special vineyard, and of course with Ted Lemon at the controls...well, you get the picture.

Excellent wine with good aromas of green apples and wet stone and a rich greenish gold color and extremely long legs. In the mouth the wine really shines with tart apple, citrus and minerals flavors that seem to gently dissolve on the palate leaving you with a sweet honey buttery finish that lasts a long time. We drink the wine over 3 hours and as the wine became warmer it became sweeter. A great delicate California Chardonnay.

Quite a bit lighter and less concentrated than I was expecting...which is good. Good purity, with almost chablis-like minerality and green apple flavors. As it aired and warmed a bit, things fleshed out and some of that fatter cali chard came through, but still very lean. Very nice.

Lean and appealing nose, slightly herbal, but really pretty. Palate is similar - lean with definition, with a hint of unctuousness to it make this very pretty. Very minerally - awesome, awesome chardonnay. One of the best all day at IPOB. 93-94

I'll double down on John Dunlap's comments, also to note that this a fairly delicate wine even as it reveals real depth.

Light yellow. Very light bodied character. Mellowed lemon curd notes, stony acidity with little detectable oak. The fruit has begun to fade- drink up.

Very nice. Lemon, pear and a bit of the ocean. Will improve with another couple of years as the oak fully integrates. Good stuff with a great future.
