Still dark ruby red, immediate nose of graphite and green pepper, reminiscent of Graves...to my surprise. Medium full body with dark red fruits and notes of undergrowth. Decent complexity and a nice medium long finish. If tasted blind I would've guessed bordeaux in a warm year...perhaps the age has toned down the fruit a bit, or that Chile cab sauvs really are this good now. It still doesn't have as much structure and acidity as really good bordeaux, but this was very very good and well worth it for the price!

To be honest, I'm a little surprised by some of the reviews of this wine, here. Very nice wine with unique slate-like, smooth tannins. Quite the easy bottle to drink, for novices and aficionados alike. Recommended.

Buen vino de mesa. Ideal para acompañar pastas o quesos suaves. No entiendo porque desarrolla un pequeño toque ácido, pero vale la pena dado la relación precio - calidad.

This wine definitely requires decanting for at least 30 minutes to an hour. It opens up with dark fruit and spice. Great tannins and very easy to drink. Have had other wines twice the price that I didn't enjoy this much. Looking for more for aging.

As far as wine from Chile goes, this is priced a tad high at $15 USD. That said, it's still quite good. Cherry on the nose. Tobacco and darker fruit on the palate. Good mouthfeel.

bell peppers and cherry on the nose tell me this is Chilean, smooth texture, not much body, a fistful of sweet red berries and tobacco on the mid-palate, easy to drink, really nice with smoked gouda, more about the texture than the complexity, should appeal to many but not a whole lot of character here, still, I dig it, buy it on sale

Immediately noticed how hot it was. Opens up to black currents and plums. The taste continues but didn't seem to open up further. Yet I was left reaching for another glass. Not terrible for price, might try again a year or two down the road.

color: aubergine; nose: light oak; taste: medium-bodied mouth feel, chocolate and plum taste turning to a slightly chalky and somewhat earthy medium-length finish; overall: tasty, balanced, but also a little surprising -- in that it doesn't present the blackberry, tobacco, and anise notes that I associate with CS. Still, I like it for what it is. OK QPR at $15 and would be a bargain if you could find it for $12.50.

This doesn't seem to be much of an improvement over the entry-level bottling of this wine, which admittedly I haven't had in a few years - maybe its young, or maybe the entry-level version has gotten worse over the years and this actually is an upgrade! Anyway, a tad thin and no particular cab characteristics - it's just red wine.

Very smooth with a lite acid finish. Gets better as it breathes. Complimented the Italian sausage and tomato basil sauce. Over fresh tri-color pasta

Wine Reviews: An Assortment of Cabernet Sauvignons: SRP: $17. On the nose, sweet cherry juice, plums, and black pepper, along with some heat. The palate is simple and pleasant.
