Popped and poured. Color light salmon. Nose started out a hair reductive so decanted. Next emerged light orange blossom and minerals. On the palate this is all taut minerality with almost mouth watering salinity. Finish medium and balanced. Never had a rose of gamay before, but now that I think about it this is what one might imagine....not a huge amount of depth or body. Nice light pairing with salmon/tuna sushi

Really light, almost ethereal stuff. Maybe needs some time in the bottle. It went really fast anyway. A bit of a blood orange quality to it. Minerals. Good acid and low ABV. If you're looking for a delicate and very pale rose--you got it here.
