It is made up of a blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 15% Syrah and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Pale salmon pink, subtle elegant showing citrus, grape fruits, green apples and hints of smoke and spicy red fruits. Green apple, peach, grape fruits and hints of mineral on palate. It has good acidity but fruits are fading. Long lingering finish with hints of spice. Tasted my last bottle after 3 years, this is still holding but it does not add complexity.

Monthly tasting club "The Tasting Club" 2014-02; Provence (@ JC): Expressive bouquet with fennel and some grapefruit. On the palate flowers, juicy, fresh and tasty. Some butter, some minerals, a touch of sweetness and also good and fresh acidity. Delicate wine. Great length.

Notes from day 1, bottle open for about 2 hours. Light pink to copper color. Nose of white peaches, herbs, and minerals. Palate of fleshy white peaches, melon rind, herbs, slate. The finish of this wine was above average in length and really good minerals. Overall the wine was fantastic, really good structure and acidity that went well with shellfish. Drink: 50+5+12+17+7

Drank these over the last few days. Salmon colored and they were crisp but not as sharp as I remember. Scent of hay and fresh cut flower. Dry, hanging red fruit. Very enjoyable with the sushi we had. I'll have it again.

Light and clear salmon pink. Lifted nose of grape fruits, red fruits and plenty of mineral. Quite high acidity but balance with fruits flavour, strawberry and citrus with flinty notes. It has a nice lingering finish.

I really enjoy this wine. Drank on the beach on Harbour Island and I couldn't imagine a better wine to have at the moment. Vibrant pink color with cut flower, earth and bright red fruit. Wet stone, strawberry, hay. Perfect all around in the hot weather on the beach. Great precision and all components working in harmony. Two more bottles for this vacation to look forward to.

Pink Salmon - fresh cut flowers, broken river stone. Clean and delicious and enjoyed by the pool. Always a great rose.

Drank this with some sushi while watching Denver dismantle the eagles. Clean, focused, tight and light. River stone, wildflower. Great pairing.

WORST BUY!
A pleasant full-bodied French Rose. Nothing here that you can't get for less than half the price.
