A sweet nose of red fruit, strawberry and a bit of watermelon. More dry on the palate than the sweetness in the aroma would suggest. There's some body, probably from a litte time this rose spent in some oak. A long and tart, pomegranate or cranberry finish. Again more on the tart side than sweet, making it an easy drinker without being cloyingly sweet and holding up to some good finger-food on a patio on a warm summer's day.
