Still purple-ish in colour, dark, but not a lot of sediment. Aromas are blueberries and dark fruits, herbs, pepper, florals. Smooth wine. Nice dark berries, blueberries, medium bodied. Fluid on the mouthfeel, not thick or heavy. Medium acidity. Slight drying tannins. All well balanced. An enjoyable easy drinking wine. Perhaps a bit on the expensive side of things … $48 at the winery I believe.
