Bland taste, with diminished color, lots of sediment. Not corked. Suspect something happened in storage and transport. Very frustrating as I was so looking forward to enjoying this.

Nutty and caramel. Not too complex but smooth and mellow more so than most 10 year tawnys I taste. Maybe a little heat on the finish, if so, barely perceptible. Had it with chocolate truffles and paired very well.

A very agreeable 10 year TP. Displayed some nice nutty, caramel driven flavors. Light golden raisin and toffee notes pushed through and delivered some decent complexity throughout consumption. 88-89 points. One of the better 10 year TPs I've had in a while.

Smooth and viscous. Some heat on the finish. No dryness. Dried figs or dates. Cream. Mary thought it was very complex but I found it to be much more neutral than the other ports we tasted. Paired nicely with candied walnuts.

Vanilla, caramel and bitter chocolate on the nose. Toasty on the palate and tastes like a liquid Ferraro-Rocher candy. Toasted hazelnut and milk chocolate. Really tasty!!

Light body, alcohol tame, light drinker, short finish. Would likely go with other tawny since a little pricey. Group of 8 friends enjoyed it very much.

Tasted May 28, 2007 at an offline. Opened and decanted right before serving. Brown color in the glass, cloudy throughout. Nose of anise, brown sugar and nuts. Flavors of brown sugar and licorice. Light acidity and body. Drink now. Not rated because I felt this wine was over the hill myself but I’ve never had one of their ports before.

This needed an hour to truly open up - from cellar temperature. It has great flavor. Delightful on its own

Rust brown, red oak color. Lightens significantly around the edges. A little strawberry, dark caramel in taste.

This is an excellent tawny port, cabernet grapes, 10 years in barrel. Very well done, slightly nutty.

Excellent port. Great balance, sweet but not too sweet. Alcohol does not over power this port. Finishes with a delicious toasted caramel flavor.

Orange zest, cherry, and carmel with an almost spicy finish; fun little surprise from the cellar to cap off a lovely Mother's Day weekend extravaganza
