Beautiful drinking over two nights. These are in the zone right now. Can probably still develop as this is rather fresh, but likely at peak to my tastes.

Drinking over several days. Saffron, citrus and marcipan. I haven't drunk much dessert wines so I wont grade it. But if I had to it would be somewhere around the 90 mark. Very good.
Edit: Had another bottle a year after the first. Drank i over several days and it was about the same.

Fantastic bottle which seemed more evolved than age would suggest. Saffron, citrus, minerals, razor sharp acidity. Developed midpalate and a taste goes on for ever. What more to ask for?

Lots of energy in this wine. Vibrant and juicy, not a heavy botrytis year I guess? Apricot conserves and quince pith. Refreshing and revitalising finish. Lots of almond and frangipane developing in the finish. In a good spot right now.

Opened yesterday, I was informed. Beginning to shed its youthful sweetness and instead replace it with some complexity. Give this another 3-5 years, and it should be just fine.

A sweet version with good texture and length. Full midpalate. Honey, some saffron and minerals. Yet there was some funkyness in this bottle. Not sure what to make of it...

Clear, deep gold colour, on the nose dried fruit (apricots, rasins), honey and saffron, The palate is sweet, with high acidty, medium body and flavors of dried apricots, really sweet grapefruit, honey and some marzipan. Diffrent vintages has been in my cellar for years and I love this wine.

Careful but still dense nose with ripe tropical fruit, some sharp glue notes, orange and lemon peel. The palate starts good but after a while it becomes unfocused and slightly bitter. The acidity is citric but a bit unfocused and broad. Slightly artificial and lacking precision.

Moulin Touchais - Liquid Gold from the Loire (LSE): Quite intense gold. Waxy nose, flowers and vegetal notes. A pretty rich taste, barley sugar, plenty of refreshing acidity, bitterness in the mid palate, very long.

Odd nose, very different to both 2003 & 2002, spices, honey, candied fruit, quince, wet wool. This continues on the palate, there is acidity, ripe fruit, spices, but it all comes across quite angular. Long.
