Disappointing. A bit rough, unbalanced, & rather one-note. The extra alcohol was not as well-integrated as hoped and it was not nearly as complex as I hoped it might be given the age.

Very nice, excellent balance. Doubt it will improve much from here, but also no hurry to drink them.
Very nice port. Wonderful sweetness, but still full of body.
Outstanding. WOTN was a toss-up between this and Horton's nebbiolo. Terrific structure, great fruit, not at all overly sweet or alcoholic.
Taste of Virginia; 11/1/2005-11/2/2005 (Virginia Countryside): Smooth, rich, port flavor. Nicely done. 36% Norton, 36% Touriga Nacional, 28% Tinta Cao.
