Smelled fruity. Only had small taste; husband drank. He really enjoyed this wine. Found it fruity and sweet but not too fruity or sweet. Good mouth feel.

Nose of grapefruit, grass and lemon-lime zest. On the palate - grapefruit, lemon grass and green apple, with bracing acidity and a slight malolactic component. I'm only getting a hint of pineapple and probably wouldn't have noticed it but for previous reviews. Tartness on the medium finish. Day 2 - now the pineapple is very evident on the palate, along with some mild bitterness on the finish. Overall, better on day 1 but still quite "quaffable" on day 2. A solid SB for the summer months. Good job, Cameron Hughes!

very pale, almost white. nose: lemony grass, pineapple, floral, lemon pith. sour, long finish, bitter mid-palate. don't know if there's RS, but it could use some to balance the acid. tasting very good by end of glass.

A slightly sweet, citrus nose leads to a crisp, somewhat tart beginning with a hint of green apple and lemon, moving to a shortish, dry finish. Seemed to open up a bit after 15 minutes of air. This is not a sneaky wine--there are no surprises--it is what it claims to be from beginning to end. Very drinkable.

Third bottle, much more of mineral taste this time and slighly tarter also. Picked up some pineapple on the nose this time along with the grass. I agree that letting it warm to room temp has no negative affect to the taste.

Pineapple, sour apple, a little grass, a little mineral ... all the expected Sauv Blanc notes, and nothing that shouldn't be there. Accidentally left the decanter out after pouring the first glass, but warming up a little doesn't seem to have a negative effect.

Well-chilled and poured through Vinturi. First whiff is slightly floral, initial tastes of citrus with maybe a hint of honeydew. Crisp and tart, very enjoyable sipper. Awesome label, too.

Smells of grass with a palate of citrus and grass. A slight sweetness at first with a little tartness at the end. A very easy drinker, quite quaffable you might say.

Last bottle in cellar. Pineapple nose and grass and grapefruit on the palate. Still a nice summer sipper.

Thin body, though made so by food. More body alone. Tart, pineapple citrus flavors. A seafood wine I think, or summer sipper.
