Great nose starting with strawberries and bright fruits moving to tobacco as it opened up over the evening. Delicious jammy fruit on the palate. Just what you'd expect from a Paso blend like this. Needed a little time to decant before the flavors went into full affect.

Traditional style, off dry and medium-full bodied, acidity goes from fresh to smooth with breathing, medium, dry tannins, spice, dark fruit, and vanilla flavors with chocolate on the very long finish

Decanted and it took about half an hour to open up. Fruity, little spicy on the nose. Rich dark fruit on the palate. There was an almost incense or cedar-like spice on the finish. The tannins were firm enough to prevent any sense of flab, but not particularly strong. Probably a year before the tannins fully soften and round out, but seems like once that happens it might be a quick downhill slide. Very nice for the next year or two.

Absolutely delicious, the nose had cinammon, apple, oatmeal, warm craisins (light sweet tart). The mouth feel was full and balanced, the finish wasn't very long but its hard to notice that because I kept taking another sip. I'm glad I have another but would definitely buy more if I can.

Hitting it's stride right now. Red and blue fruits, very well balanced, good depth. Very nice.
