Still drinking very well with notes of apple, apricot, minerals with excellent balance and the right amount of acidity. Paired with spicy grilled chicken thighs.

There is a great PMK note fr 2016 that nails it - feels both dry and sweet at the same time. Still very fresh w nice acidity and a long finish. Great with smoked chicken legs.

This wine continues to drink well. Notes similar to last bottle in 2018, apricot, honeysuckle, pear; nice balance with good acidity and medium finish. Paired nicely with spicey grilled chicken thighs diavolo.

It is fruit - but its sweet its pear its apple its mellon and it is very much honey - medium acidity but also a high level of sugar - especially early in your mouth - I think the balance is perfect and integration is just something Weinbach is a master of doing. Long after taste. Really a wine with character - big 93.

Vin d'une belle complexité avec des goûts d'ananas et de fruits confits. Par contre j'ai senti un peu de lourdeur que je n'ai jamais perdu dans les autres produits du producteur.

Very pale colour. Very ripe fruit, tropical tones with citrus backing, very floral with lovely white flowers and a touch of honeysuckle. Fleshy, lots of dry extract, delicious ripe tropical and citrus fruits. Mineral zest, all throughout to the long lingering finish. Has a light slatey streak, almost smokey, adding a nice complexity. Needs a bit of time to relax and open up. Excellent.

Very pale straw. Ripe fruits, melon, pear, peach and a little honeysuckle. Very refined and pure. Velvety, medium weight. Highly focussed but with an extremely smooth entry and lengthy finish. The acidity is slightly hidden by the fullness and depth of fruit plus a fraction of residual sugar. Perfect ripe fruits, lovely minerality and a smooth creamy finish. Not a blockbuster at all, but drinks beautifully.

Wine Spectator has it right: Sweet on entry, then more austere in the middle, with lively acidity lifting the concentrated peach nectar and quince flavors. an amzing wine for riesling lovers who understand Alsatian wines.
