  • consistent with previous bottles, this was so good with my chiptole chicken and rice dish, I was forced, er, compelled, to open a second bottle. 9,5% abv. highly recommended

  • So, completely, totally head over heels in love with this at the moment. Be sure to get the temp right (warmer than cooler), and be wary of the sediment and very high carbonation. But if you get it right, this is really something at the moment. A heavier, more complex version of a Blonde, with great textural qualities and complexity that sucks you in once it's in its temperature sweet-spot. One to savor.

  • A fan of Dupont already, it didn't take much convincing on the part of "the beer guy" at my local. So, so glad I took him at his word, as this did not disappoint. Mixed herbs, citric and light spice on the nose, a rich, yet balanced mouthfeel leading to a crisp finish. My only nit here is the carbonation, it's intense. Even if you're pouring slowly/correctly, be prepared to wait. So good that I went and reloaded within the week. recommended. The cheeky 9,5% abv is well integrated, so be warned. Very satisfying on its own or with salted pistachios :D
