Well, it seems as though this might be in a rather steady decline. Still very good with a bit of fruit and some vibrant acidity. Notes of lemon and a bit of vanilla and a medium finish.

Retail ~$35. I paid $22 at the PLCB. Tasted 2/15/12. Over the last few years we have had a total of three of these and it seems as though the wine has reached its peak and is now declining. After previously rating this 90 (8/2010) and 92 (6/2007) points, I give this bottle 89 points. Sure, my tastes could have changed, I could have become more critical with age, or I could just be full of crap, but I feel as though this one has slipped a bit over the last few years (but, then, haven’t we all?). Still very good with a bit of fruit and some vibrant acidity. Notes of lemon and a bit of vanilla and a medium finish.
Prachtige meursault in top conditie. Vol en geconcentreerd. Mooi fruit, sappig, vol, zomerfruit en botertje met caramel. Op deze fles inhoud nog minimaal 10 jaar top.

A beautiful wine that is still in perfect shape and has much more life left. The palate was buttery, with minerals and apples. Paired perfectly with seared Chilean sea bass with a lemon butter sauce.

Still doing very well, although this bottle seemed to be a little more muted on the nose and the palate than the last. A little more golden in color, with nice acidity, a hint of oak, and some pineapple characteristics under the vanilla. Very nice. do not think it has gone downhill at all, but I do not think it will get much better. Still, have a few more years left to enjoy.

Sadly this is past its peak and seems to be heading downhill fairly quickly. There is still some freshness (mostly on the nose, with notes of honey, chalk and apple) and just the slightest bit of minerality on the palate, but this wine's best days are already behind it. Still, I can't imagine that even at its peak this had a whole lot to work with. 13,5% abv, approx $28, drink now

This is right in its sweet spot just now. Delicious Chardonnay with just enough oak to add a bit of texture and depth. Nice acidity as well. I'd like more of a mineral edge, which may be a lot to ask of a Latour, but still a very nice village Burgundy.

Signs of leakage...dried wine on top of the cork and capsule......this has happened to me too many times so far with White Burgs???? BUT, everytime the wine is in great shape! Nice brite golden yellow color....lovely nose of peach, pear, honey, almond paste, lemon stones galore! Needs an hour or so to open.....right temp....wonderful crisp citrus fruit, white peach, honeycomb wax, minerals, almond paste, white flower florals. Perfect balance of tart lemon citrus acid, minerals, and some creamy morange. Shows some toast yeast as well....great wine! Second bottle in a month....with similar notes.

Mmmm. Juicy ripe peaches and apricots, a slightly citric acid edge and minerals on the finish. Very lush flavors and deceptively full mouthfeel for a medium bodied wine. Great with food, but still enjoyable on its own.

Very nice. Had with cheese and the Comte fort was devine as a pairing. Lots of citrus and sufficent acidity. Have two more bottles and they should be fine for several years.

Poured at a retailer tasting. Pale, light yellow in color. Pear and lemon along with a slight minerality notes on the nose. Medium bodied, nice mouthfeel, with a medium to long, spicy finish showing great acidity and pear.

This is very nice, lemony, with stone fruits and a terrific balance. Had some with jalepeno stuffed olives, for which it was a stellar match. This is an ideal 'with food' Chardonnay, crisp, acidic, tastey. 4+12+15+8=89

Light gold color. Elegant aromas of figs, hazelnuts, pears and wet stones. Expressive on the mouth, light to medium bodied, with hazelnuts, pears, and lemons on a silky palate. Has a slightly dilute mid-palate and good balancing acidity overall. Bounces back from the mid-palate with a long stony/lemony finish. My wife says it's "delicious" and it's certainly elegant. With it's balance and acidity, this may age nicely for the remainder of this decade.

Surprisingly this is still drinking well but would not have the confidence to hold off much longer.

Pretty disappointing actually. There were no flaws in thw wine, it was just ho-hum. Muted nose, neutral flavors. Glad this was my last bottle
