Hummm....I'm fairly new to Pinot Noir so I don't know what to expect and please note that this particular bottle was not stored well. That said, it's..nice, moderately fruity (Cherry comes to mind), flowery on the nose, seems delicate with a cola + mild "wet hay" taste. It held up well paired with cheese, less sucessful on it's own. Might make a nice summer picnic wine. I may chill it on night 2 to see what temperature does to its profile, as this was served at room temp and I tend to prefer wine at near-cellar temps.

Just didn't have it all together tonight. Spritzy and acidic, and it didn't smooth out in the glass. Just wasn't put together well. Great example of chunkiness. Three distinct wines, never well put together.

Drank with broiled KC strips. Noise was sharp, rough, but the flavors were so well-integrated. This was a pleasure to drink right out of the bottle, and it only got better in the glass. For $19, you could do a lot worse.

Losing it. Drink up. Flat, bricky, no finish.

Memorial Day weekend in Willamette; 5/30/2004-5/31/2004 (Willamette Valley OR): Tasting at winery. Red and black cherry with pleasant spice. Really well made for current consumption. Good textures, finishes nicely even if short.
