Drank his alongside a 2012 Chimney Rock & 2012 Stags Leap Artemis (both Stags Leap District). Kings Farms stood out with its balance. Very nice Cali Cab.

This is a delicious wine with food and all by itself. It has a luscious mouth feel. Just a slight bit of heat on the back end, but I think that will go away as it ages a bit. Nice solid wine that really tastes fantastic with its dark fruit. The aromas are also quite nice filled with dark fruit.

Time is helping this to come together. A little barnyard upon opening that quickly blew off with a little time in the decanter. Extremely dark with big fruity red, blue and black fruit flavors. Medium Finish.

Dark earthy and chocolate aromas. Also aromas of barnyard and dark fruit. Color is incredibly dark. Nice smooth flavor throughout. Nice balance with no burn. Nice long finish. Just as the taste finally subsides there is just a hint of heat. Looking forward to enjoying more bottles of this in the future.

Huge wine. Not sure of the blend here. But if tasting blind would have guessed I was drinking a big Shiraz/Syrah. A little hot right now. Needs more time laying down. But has the stuffing to be a very nice wine if/when things become a little more in balance.

That look you get when you pull a runt from the cellar for some relaxed sipping. :-0 Turns out to be awesome.
