Popped and poured. Medium ruby hue. Pronounced nose redolent of cherry, raspberry, resin, brown sugar, spice, and a touch of forest floor. Medium body. Great expression of Pinot fruit on the palate, with crisp cherry and other red fruits complimented nicely by complex notes of incense, conifer, and a touch of oak. Tannins are nearly undetectable. Moderate-plus finish. Could probably age for a few more years but this particular bottle was singing.

Nose of vanilla and violets. Color is translucent red -- classic Burgundy Pinot Noir color. The palate has a medium body, and shows sweet, ripe cherry cola fruit with bright Anderson Valley acidity. Tannins are mild. This is an absolutely delicious wine. It is a very sad thing that I only had one bottle.

Wow - one of the best California Pinot's I've had in a long time. Huge nose. All fruit (no earth or barnyard). I am very sad that we don't have more!

This wine was a real pleasure. A medium bodied Pinot with a lovely fresh taste of spice, fruit and soft tannins.

Decanted and drank over the span of two hours. Absolutely love this pinot. The violet is intoxicating. Highly recommended for the price.
