Some of the greatest wines available to human kind (@KG's in Tavelsjö (Umeå)): Towards young and fruity but with enough oomph and interest to walk with pride. It's also a great example of how a small amount of residual sugars can broaden a wine's expression considerably. Koshu is a grape with generally a rather thin expression, but this, this is very fine stuff! A gift from chef Watanabe-san at 一会 (Ichi-E) in Hiroo (Tokyo).

Good, and very interesting to try, never had a japanese wine before. Reminds me of a muscato d'asti.
