The bouquet was floral, finessed and beautifully layered, showing ripe apricot with mint, citrus zest, honey, minerals and crushed stone. On the palate, a rush of ripe apple with a hint of young strawberry turned to mineral tones, citrus and herbs, with a zing of brisk acidity. The finish was long, showing citrus-tinged stone fruits, minerals, and a note of marzipan, which seemed to go on forever. This is simply gorgeous with layers upon layers unfurling with time in the glass.

Pale straw in color with a lovely nose of lemon zest, minerality, and an almost savory note. The palate is really tasty with a little bit rounder mouth feel than a lot of Chablis (maybe the wood aging?) but with plenty of that fresh Chablis nervosite that is so great this time of year. The finish is balanced and clean. This was fantastic with grilled ono.

P&P'd 30-min before a dinner of broiled herb salmon, steamed veggies, and wild rice. Nose is somewhat muted with clay, slate, and citrus/mineral undertones. Palate followed with slight pear, peach, kiwi-lime, and some green apples, all framed by tons of minerals, crushed rocks, and a light herbaceous note. The finish is the best part of this wine, as it lingered for at least 30-45 seconds plus, leaving a nice zesty finish. Drink now through 2020.

Underripe apricot and pear alongside citrus with very present minerality on the nose. High acidity, citrus, and green apple on the palate. Delicious Chablis-especially at this price point!

Good value, this is a lovely Chablis with real Chablis quality, good subtlety and length. This is lovely now, and I imagine it will evolve a bit with a year or so of age.

such a lovely Chablis. Creamy nose, citrus palate with high acidity. Yet balanced and savory. A little bitter aftertaste. Very good!
