I have been drinking this wine for years and I love it. I haven't had a bottle in a few years and wow, what a change. The fruit is fading fast. Tannins are too dominant. Drink it now!

Enjoyed at Bellevue Gaucho. 30 min decant. Very reserved nose. Medium body. Dark cherries, plums, graphite, back: milk chocolate and cassis. Way back: green pepper. Medium finish. Grippy tannins. Medium complexity. Nice bottle.

Elegant and youthful wine made in a more restrained, old-world style with plenty of tannins and acid. There was a strong note of black tea or soy that I didn't know what to think about. Decanted and served with chateaubriand at Hy's Waikiki.

They still hold onto the true since of reserve that this is thier grand cru. Now that has come around. Tobacco, dark cherry fruit, chocolate, lots of grip and power. Actually, for its release price, your getting a pretty darn good bottle of wine.

25 months in French oak. They have a Cabernet clone that Andre Tchelistcheff noted they had to employ when planting the estate. Less than 1 ton/acre, small blueberry looking berries. Wow. Super iron laced aromas. Monster structure. Still extremely youthful. Not a fruit bomb, very, very structured.

So smooth and elegant. Only a trace of tannins. Delicious. Decanted for 90 minutes before it truly peaked

Wow! Soft tannins. Chocolate, spice and dark berries. It was everything we want in a CA cab.

Light tannins mid acid. Taste of raisins and licorice
