This was delight a delight to drink - a touch of sweetness - nice bubbles - and paired with PEKING DUCK!!! New Years Eve Dinner - with surprise guests - we picked a fine burgundy for the duck - but the last minute guests made us go with the festive bubbly - and it worked out just great !!!!! always have sparkling wine ready in the cooler - not just for New year's
