40-40-20% mix of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. 3 g/l dosage. 4 years of ageing. Incredibly fine bubbles, notably for a champagne at this price point. Perfect apertif champagne.

Flavours of white grapefruit, chalk, and white flour, finishing with a touch of lemon. A little too austere for my liking: I preferred the Art Deco, which had slightly more sugar.

Tasted at large walkaround tasting. Rounder fruit than some of the other Non-Dosé. Some interesting spice notes (clove?) -- it's a positive though. Bigger across the board, but somewhat lacking in complexity other than the spice note.

Great as pre-dinner aperitif as previous bottles.

Similar to last bottles. Very dry/tart. Extremely fine bubbles. Great as pre-dinner wine.
