PnP at Cafe Beaujolais in Mendocino. Final bottle on the list. There are more misses than hits in pursuit of great pinot and this is a hit. Silky, feminine, drinks like a 20yr old than a 7yr old but no complaints. One of the most complete pinot drinking experiences with complexity, texture, length and a satisfying finish. Some hits of over usage of wood but it’s a complete wine.

Dinner with Erik: Has really opened up since I last tasted it and was truly a wonderful and expressive wine. Lots of elegance and lightness but still with lots of fruit depth and plenty of vibrant acidity. Loved it! 93-94p.

The only nit is a little bit of extra oak that if it would just fade away would make this all the better for me
