To me, this wine is simply amazing; never tasted anything like it. Red berry fruit with a strong floral component gives way to olive brine, acidity and a bit of minerality. Not a lot of tannins in evidence. Fun but a little serious. I have no experience with this vareital but I'd say drink now, you won't regret it.

Interesting and hard to describe. The wine is well balanced in the mouth. Hint of cedar, coffee/toffee. Can't identify the aroma. Serve slightly chilled.

We could tell this wine was temperature sensitive but couldn't zero in on what temperature to drink it at. Next bottle we're going to cold sleeve to chill it down. As a reference, we normally drink our whites pretty warm (55F).

As with the first bottle, it's surprising, fun and lip-smacking delicious. All wines should be this much fun.

Interesting wine. We taste passion fruit or guava. Smells floral is very light but dry on the tongue. Not a stunner but good.

Hint of cedar, licorice, dark pie cherries. Medium body. Decent swallow. Really amazing how this wine has changed over the last 9 months.

Sour cherries, honey, lemon/lime, cedar. Try serving at 55F. Really a great summer wine.
