Just a wonderful bottle of wine. Loaded with lemons and pineapples. Very pretty bouquet and an absolutely long, complex finish. Better than any Savennières I've ever tasted. Please don't serve it too cold.

Crisp, refreshing with notes of citrus and may Granny Smith apple and an incredible minerality. The wine had a mouth watering finish. A great pairing with oysters on the half shell.

Clear yellow and lite in the glass. Nose of lemon peal, yellow flowers, citrus, stone fruit and limestone. Med-lite body with a succulent, tart lemon play on the palate. White peach, melon and slate minerals. Unsavory, chalky textures and lacking structure. Medium finish.

liked this more than i thought i would.
because: there was enough balanced acidity to let the terroir shine thru.

Loved the dry, mineral character. Lots of apple and citrus - just a very well balanced, pleasant warm-day white.

Williams Selyem (At the winery on Westside Road): Pure, mineral driven, bone-dry, with aromas more in the lime and apple spectrum, very fine and fresh.

Served it a touch warmer than usual. Really brought up the citrus favors. Excellent with pan seared scallops over pasta.
