Had a warm winter day and a dish that would go with a Rose so we opened it. This is a delightful rose and quite enjoyable. Great with food and a nice quaffer.

This was a bit austere when first released. Age has opened it up substantially. Delicious right now, with a fantastic balance of strawberry fruit and acidity.

Tablas Creek makes the best domestic rose and this is another example. A Provence style rose, salmon in cold with fresh fruity notes on the nose. On the palate clean crisp notes of peach and a light clean finish. A perfect summer wine.

Pale pink color with strawberry, cherry, dried rose aromas. On the palate it approached medium-bodied, and is fresh with strawberry, cherry, and spiced citrus flavors underscored with a bit of minerality. Lingering finish. 14% alcohol. Blend of 73% Grenache, 22% Mourvedre, 5% Counoise. 14.1% alcohol; 1540 Cases Produced

Pretty, light rose pink color, nice notes of rose petal, strawberry, bright cherry on nose, well rounded in the mouth with citrus, red fruits, and tart cherry, with a nice lingering finish. 14% alc.
Wonderful summer porch wine and quaffer.
