  • Pale straw color. Nose: lemon/lime, guava, kiwi, underripe strawberry, and white peach with accents of coriander seed, cardamon, white pepper, coconut, Thai basil, slate, and petrol. Medium body and a bit off-dry on the palate: guava, kiwi, lemon/lime, tart strawberry, and white peach framed by slate, coriander seed, coconut, white pepper, cardamon, clove, mint tea, and sugarcane. Bright acidity. Lingering lemon/lime zest, tart strawberry, cardamon, mint toothpick, and slate on the long finish. A brilliantly complex and perfectly balanced Kabinett-style Riesling. Pair with a wide variety of Thai dishes, Indian curry dishes, a cheese board, light Summer fare, or pork belly recipes. Drink over the next 4-8 years.
