Bright acidity. Lingering lemon/lime zest, tart strawberry, cardamon, mint toothpick, and slate on the long finish. A brilliantly complex and perfectly balanced Kabinett-style Riesling. Pair with a wide variety of Thai dishes, Indian curry dishes, a cheese board, light Summer fare, or pork belly recipes. Drink over the next 4-8 years.
