Excellent for its level. Ripe aromas emerge with air. Flavors show ripe apple from the start. Good amount of baby fat giving an unctuous texture. Best now through 2020. Very easy and enjoyable. Great with rich cheese after dinner.

With Bang Bang Chicken, around 10decC, p&p. Not much on the nose, even with some encouragement, but pretty fabulous in the mouth for a basic bourgogne. Round but balanced with acidity & approaching medium weight. No overt oak. Very impressive.

Pale/medium straw. A touch reticent on the nose, some stone fruit a touch of spice. Medium bodied, ripe stone fruit, very peachy, balanced acidity, touch of apple, some nice weight, medium length finish. Decent.

This is an outstanding entry level offering blending wax, stones, and citrus fruit into a fine amalgamation. Very rounded in the mouthfeel, flowing to a long finish. I'm quite impressed. This can give many 1er crus a run for their money. Highly recommended.

P&P with smoked salmon steaks. In line with previous experiences, round and delicious. Not even a hint of flab. A baby meursault.

Pale/medium straw. Nose shows apple, touch of butter. Medium bodied, not overly intense but attractive enough, medium length finish.

More than acceptable. Not very expressive nose, good palate. Some oak, bitterness, acidity and taste.

All from Meursault. And smells and drinks like a Meursault. With a nice right and tight back end. Finishes on structure. When its good, its good.
