  • Very nice nose with classic notes of bell pepper, leather, underwood, pyrazines, and some dark fruit. Good acidity with complex flavors of more red leaning fruit, forest notes, tobacco, and leather on the palate. Long finish. The oldest Rougeard I've had so far and this has aged beautifully! Great wine with good complexity, a joy to drink.
