Light golden color, clear, no sediments. Butter, a mix of fresh and dried fruit, lemon, lemonpeel, tropical fruit, dried pineappel, a hint of toasted oak/smoke. t's full bodied without becoming flabby, medium+ acidity, mineraly, very long. The wiine prickels the tung, but there is no CO2 in the wine. I This wine is really complex, it's well balanced and it's delicious!

Straw, Rich aromas, burnt caramel, with stone fruit. Complex palate, butterscotch well balanced with acidity of garden lemon and braeburn. Medium to long finish. Stood up well to a rich creamy pasta dish

More acid than their Te Koko. A lot more buttery on the start. Nice and fresh though, less of the buttery finish than you'd think from the first taste. Nice.

£22.50 Majestic UK if you buy multi-buy. Otherwise £25.00 Tasted Feb 2016. Well chilled. Screw cap.
I liked this wine, but at £22.00+ a bottle it isn't a bargain.
Colour is a good straw.
Nose is a bit taut and tight (at the moment only?), but some good fruit behind it, creamy, a lot of oak. Some intensity, a New World style.
Taste: this is 'big' wine, some butterscotch, white fruits, citrus, later on in glass it sent out hints of wet riverstone, some minerality, nice concentration/essence, too, eventually. But not hugely complex wine. Good fresh acid. Not especially dry. A bit young, yet, will cellar 2nd bottle until 2019.
Marked it Silver+
VFMoney? Hmm, OK to middling at min £22.50. Probably won't buy again. If it was in a restaurant on the list for £60, say, and you were spending your own money, you wouldn't buy it.

At the balcony Cayan- tower, Dubai, on the 46 floor: puh, very concentrated, buttery on the palate, too much alcohol, lacking finesse, not mine, maybe with food?, indian food?, *- **, 83-85?

Ap: medium dark straw yellow Ar: ripe apples and pineapples, lemon with smokey and oaky touch. Semi clean nose with integrated oak. Medium to good intensity. Full bodied and rather velvety/smooth palate. Nice acidity, but a tad more wouldn't be a problem. The high alcohol does not influence the wine much. Good length

A straw lemon colour, this wine has a medium -plus savoury smoky nose, laced with saline minerality, and a leesy fermented quality, with some fig and melon notes. Medium _bodied, the acidity is medium, but with a dry saline lemony quality which combined with the 14 percent alcohol gives it a real bite in the mouth. This leads into a finish of ripe stone fruits and just a hint of butterscotch. That smoky nose and the refreshing almost fino_like tang on the palate means this wine will stand up well to assertive, acidic food combos. It is certainly a different take on Chardonnay but maybe a tad over-priced.

This is very impressive from Marlborough, chablis style with notes of minerality, citrus and a good finish. Enjoyed this.

I like this Chardonnay, lighter but still something there. Refreshing and some nice minerality.

Lighter Chardonnay, but zesty with melon and lime flavors.

Same as last time. It's a decent wine but the name adds to the price without really delivering

Good but not outstanding and thus a tad overpriced given the name. Typical NZ Chardonnay and certainly pleasant drinking
