Terrific nose of tropical fruits with a fair bit of botrytis. A touch waxy, candles and beeswax, lots of honeycomb, and lots of minerality. Diesel notes still detectable. Palate has good acidity and a certain bitterness. Very savoury throughout, both on the nose and palate, soily white button mushrooms. Rich. Peachy. Interesting and improved massively with more air.
