Very pale colour with a hint of orange and looking like a very old light red. Nose upon opening was spicy cherry and developed a meaty almost lightly smoked meat after a while in the glass.
Palate was fantastic - again cherry, spices and earthy. Slightly gamey feel. Could have picked this for a burgundy and not typical of an Aus pinot.

Bibendum Public Portfolio Tasting 2014 (Sydney, Australia): Herbal and floral. Mild fruit on the palate, fruit covers the bitterness of the tannins better than on the 2011 Terre Pinot Noir but it is still there.

Tasting at Bannockburn with Michael Glover (Bannockburn Winery): A delicious red cherry nose with spectacular depth and a beautiful integration of the soil characteristics in the palette.
