Tons of cherry, rose water, and tea on the nose with milk chocolate and blueberry, hint of mint, loads of red fruit, nice tannins that grip the palate and linger. Acidity brightens and balances. Great QPR

4th Saturday Group brown bagger (Rick's & Cris'): Deeply colored with notes of licorice and black fruit with a nice herbal undertone. Tannins are fine and sweet, supporting dark fruit and herb flavors. Nice fruit; good finish.

I agree with he previous note: It smells like raspberry, blackberry, chocolate and black currant (cassis). Not a fruit bomb and has pleasing finish of about 20-30 seconds. It would get a higher score if it had a mid palate of any kind.

Melted chocolate and blueberry pie assault the nose, the blueberry especially prominent, pure, and rich. On the palate, a ripe strawberry character dominates with perhaps the merest suggestion of basil. Grippy tannins latch onto the palate quickly and persist while a luxurious concentration and a lovely acidity contribute to a lush and satisfying finish. Nice QPR, might try decanting this bottle next time I try it, as it was a bit dense at first. 91+

Ripe cherry and big palate, tannins that dance on the tongue.. Could probably use a couple more years in the cellar but very nice quality for the price.

Very nice new world Cabernet Franc. Still retaining the classic traits of CF, but with plenty of CA-style fruit and 'oomph' to it. Would buy again.

Still extremely high on tannins. I'd suggest cellaring another 3 years or so and then decanting for at least 1 hour.

Decent Cab but came with a morning headache due to high sugar content.
