Perrot Minot owns a plot in En La Rue de Vergy that is located right above Clos de Tart. This 2013 is pretty and delicate, fragrant nose of raspberries, red cherry and lifted stemmy note. Light and easy, lovely to drink now till 2027. (83/100)

Pretty dark ruby color. First a little muted, opens up after about 2 hours in the decanter. Notes of red currant, some sweet strawberries, white pepper, also some underwood and spices. It‘s medium-full bodied, feels pretty extracted, has medium-high acidity and medium tannin. Good length. Not the last word about complexity and feels a little bit heavy-handed in this vintage that produced many fresh, tense but also deep wines. Not sure if it‘s worth the price tab at this point. (89-90)

Drinking well - ripe and hedonistic but not over the top

Mustiness on the nose but it sings on the palate. Beautifully resolved tannins at this young age with enough structure and acidity.

Eye: Reddish purple
Nose: Cherry, earth, wet moss
Palate: pomegranate, mossy slightly bitter on finish with medium acidity and medium finish.
Overall this was pretty nice. The bitter element was gone after a couple hours and it became more refined and quite elegant.
