From magnum from domaine. Sweet nose with custard apple, coconut and background fresh rubber. A flatter palate brings pineapple, slate and wet rocks. Pleasing but lacking depth.

I got well structured, rich oak, toast, maple/caramel, minerals and think i tasted a little peach. Probably a little past peak, but still a very good showing

With Stephanie. Our last dinner at 1922. With ’85 Mouton. This was pretty good. Oaky, not much fruit. restrained, not the best balance. Much better than Combettes, but not worth hte money. I have not had a ’94 Leflaive that I liked.

Corked! For what it's worth, acidity was still present.

Smooth, silky, creamy - luxurious in the mouth, but not much bite or grip

Good, pretty fare balance with good acidity for a 1994. Not a trace of flab. Great depth of finish.

good, but it has the ’94 nose and flab. Needs acid. Not californian, but not a good burgundy either. Drink up.
