A nice time to catch this; youthful without doubt, but I found the black fruits, iodine nose, and earth delightful. Quite Pommard in style. This will develop positively. Violet poking out on the back end. Silky smooth tannins. A wonderful palate feel. Sure, I guess some of this score is for the nascent potential of the wine - but it made itself so clear. Super backward with spice, velvet and black fruit. The structure is there but the leroy floral character is missing tonight probably due to youth. It will need a lot of time. The potential is there.
