Really nice. Coming on the heels of a weekend in which we enjoyed many of my favorite Napa whites, this is right up there. A shame they aren't making any more of it.

Lots of Wines and Liquor with the neighbors (Our home): My last bottle of these. I thought they ripped out the vines in favor of Cab. This is excellent. Starting to show a bit of development. Crisp. Some lemons. No grassy tones. Showing a bit of dried honey on the finish. Wish i had let a bottle age to see what it does, but since the vines are gone, it doesn't really matter.

Another really good showing for this. Light green gold in color. The nose is very nice, tropical fruit with slight minerality. On the palate, tropical fruit. Great texture. Nice acidity. Long finish. Great with food.

Was not as impressed this time around. Was not as lively. Finish was a bit muted. And the wine seemed a bit heavier.
Previously said I would buy again, but now not so sure at this price point. Need to try the last bottle with some good competition and see if it holds up.
Drank this over a couple of days. Was best on Day 1. Great tones of honeysuckle and melon. Really well balanced finish. Crisp. Dry. Refreshing. But has some depth. Definitely my style of CA white.
Compares favorably with some of the other CA whites that I enjoy (Myriad; Quivet; Grassini; Becklyn). Maybe a little over priced given that those are generally in the $30 range, but would still buy again.

Another Saturday at Cooking School - California Wines (ICASI): I had this at the winery, but this was my first from my order. Light green gold in color. Wonderful nose as it warmed and opened. Lots of grapefruit. A slight grassy note. Not tropical and certainly California but not overblown. Great texture. Great acidity. On the palate, grapefruit notes. Food friendly. There was a glass left in the bottle but some must have accidentally taken it. If they read this note, please let me know how it was on day 2. I am curious what the drinking window for this should be.

Citrus, orange, lemon, warm spice, and some green grass. This is bright and fresh, with a nice creaminess. Lengthy finish with fresh, mouthwatering acidity.

Sinegal Estate - The Real Deal (Sinegal Estate Winery): This was served a bit cold, but I think I was able to get a good handle on it. Pale golden in color. The nose is ok, its a bit grassy in that CA sort of way, but also some nice minerality. Unlike many SB's, this is better on the palate. Very nice and deep mineral streak that is somewhat reminiscent of Sancerre. Also some pear and some limes. I think this saw some oak at some point (I might be wrong about that), but it really doesn't show other than perhaps as a creamier texture. The thing I really liked about it even at this young stage was its depth of complexity and flavor. This is the only vintage that will use these vines as they were replanted to Cabernet Sauvignon. No idea if this is offered for public sale or what the pricing would be.

At tasting room in winery in St. Helena. Very nice/classy tasting.
Fruit profile similar to prior notes (tropical fruit; honeydew). Also had a bit of coconut. Very rounded finish.
Cool wine, but not going to rush out to buy more at this price point. Partially because I'm not a big fan of coconut.
