Warm plum nose, full body dark fruits and mouth filling smooth tannins, long finish with only a touch of bitterness at the end. Better than the last one and this might have needed the age.

Fruits noirs et boisé. En bouche, moyennement corsé, belle ampleur. . Final avec un peu d amertume. M à semblé moins fondu que lors de la dernière fois.

Not nearly as enjoyable as the last bottle. Tasted sweet, disjointed, and flabby on the mid-palate, though the nose is lovely. Drink 2019-2022. Technical score 90. Enjoyment score: 89.

Drinking really well now. Medium full, with good legs. Good tannins and medium dry. Dark berries, gooseberries and vanilla on the nose. Black- and blueberry flavors.

Tannic yet smooth through and through. Decanting helpful to bring out the bright fruits. This bottling is more approachable early on than other vintages. Great value.

Quite easy to drink. The nose is tight with sour red fruit and spice, pine forest, graphite, tar, and crushed cloves.
Smooth and creamy texture with ample raspberry, sour cherry, and cranberry fruit with light herb and earth flavors mid-palette. The fruit ripens nicely on the medium long finish where strawberry emerges. Leaves a nice taste in the mouth a minute later.
This wine is clearly hitting its stride and is in peak drinking window as these wines are not built for long term cellaring. Seems like the sweet spot is 6-8 years after vintage. This bottle was much better than the 2010 I drank recently.

Opened and decanted 2 hours ahead of grilled filet. Dark, sappy purple color. Nose brings cassis liquor, cherry oak, and hints of olives. The palate is medium-full, round, and compact, bringing blackberries, blueberries, blackcurrant, rich milk chocolate, espresso bean, and hints of pipe tobacco into a finish is that is smooth with refined tannins. Still not completely accessible on the mid-palate so will be best after 2019+. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 92.

Decanted over 1 hour. This wine pour very dark, almost like a crimson purple. On the nose, lots of tertiary characteristics at this point. Notes of cedar, pine, forest floor, but still shows its youth with dark fruits. On the palate it is full bodied, still some grippy tannins, and a decent finish. The only thing that left me puzzled about this wine its it doesn't feel entirely balanced. I think the mix of cab, merlot, petite sirah, verdot - its almost as if they over did it too much. Too many grape varietals, though while tasty, leaves you thinking what were they thinking? Overall, enjoyable for what it is.

Youthful, long, and full bodied, this shows a dark fruit profile that showcases roasted notes of currants, walnut shell, and cedar. It needs about two hours to integrate and fully reveal plump fruit and herb flavors. A nicely made blend.

Big jammy black fruits, tannins are nicely integrated, acidity is a little low to carry the jammy fruit for many more years. Enjoyable but a little too new world fruit forward, for me, as a result doesn't display subtle complexity.

Dark intensity. Rhubarb Rasberry nose. Nice rich mouth feel. Velvet and not too tart. Plum Cherry dark chocolate, very dry. We tried with dark chocolate. That helped.

Opened the day before and put on caraffe 5h before serving. Revisited this for the Yule meal. This time it was an even better experience (last time was at a 14 wine tasting as the last one). I tasted it a bit while it opened up and the night before, I worried as it was a bit acidic and boring, before putting in carafe it was still closed, and after the carafe it was just perfect, making me go MMmm at each sip. Good body and texture, dark fruit, blackberry, integrated oak, chocolate, licorice, earth, cedar, leather, vanilla, long finish.

Yummy! black currants, black fruit, lots of tannins, structure, leather, spice, vanilla, toast, long finish. I am very pleased and happy with this finding. It is better than BV tapestry and Stature, but lesser than georges Latour and Cambrium (and ofc their own private reserve cab). This is the best wine I know that I can get here that can give a satisfactory Napa Valley fix when I really miss the good napa reserve wines. Opened it one day before drinking and decanted for 6 hours before drinking and had some the next day as well.

Nez sur le fruit noir au départ. Plutôt unidimensionnel. En bouche, tanins presents, mais soyeux, ronds. Belle ampleur, corsé. Agreable à boire
