Very distinct aromas of hay, light toasted oak, baked apples w spice, almonds and touch of green herb. Focus with tight fruit and mouth watering acidity supported by soft texture leading to a mouth smacking finish of pear and herb. Excellent Summer wine or the 1st wine to open any time.

Monthly Tuesday group #008: Southern Rhône White. (By PV): The bouquet is a bit aromatic with ripe yellow fruits like peach, herbs, flowers and flint stone minerals. On the palate yellow fruits, herbs, grasses, candy flavors, but also orange zest. Mild acidity, like grapefruit and including its bitterness. Best and most complex wine so far in this tasting. 90 - 91
