Negociants Australia New Release Tasting 2019: Spices, pepper, cherry and earth. Palate is bright red in profile, with sweet and spicy elements mixing nicely. Good length and balance. Has seriously come along since I tried it a couple of years ago.

Dry River (Bel & Brio, Barangaroo): Black and green peppercorn, blackberry, savoury spice, very slight ash, a little leather, otuches of black tea. Juicy and wet, muted blackberry fruit, silky, slightly drying tannins. Hmm.

Negociants Australia Portfolio Tasting 2017: A pepper bomb with some light florals in behind. Astringent on the palate, plenty of pepper as well - might be better with food, but was rough on its own.

vibrant cherry, carmine. Huge white pepper on the nose follows to palate. Short, acidic finish. Needs time to fill out and come together.
