  • From 75cl, optically good cork, spongey at wine end, P+P. As noted on 10.07.2022, but this bottle a bit more advanced, near the end of pleasurable drinkability. 88P

  • Amazing Puligny Montrachet … balanced and energy.
Decant for 30 to 45 min

  • From 75cl, good cork, P+P. Delicate citric/oak scent, perhaps a hint of struck match; skinny, simple and unabashedly citric (lemon and yellow grapefruit) entry; thin, razor sharp citric mid-palate, lacking the fat or muscle to convey minerality or depth, so I just register a (pleasant) sourness; clean, mouth-puckering finish. Texturally closer to cool-year Chablis than Puligny? Although I like sharp, slender wines, this is near the end of my tolerance spectrum. This bottle was flawless, no sign of oxidation, but it's probably time to drink up. 89P

  • Very lime profile on palate, highly acidic. Buttery nose, not fruity but on the mineral side. I think has more years in it. Lovely PM village

  • Nice yellow straw colour - medium pale. On the nose, aromas of buttered popcorn, mineral aromas and a touch of citrus with reductive aromas. Touch of hazelnut. Very dominant buttered popcorn. On the palate, the attack is frank with a good acidity quickly followed by the aromas found on the nose. A good concentration, and despite buttered flavours, the wine is not "fat", but quite well defined by the acidity. An enduring tensile strength. A good length. I like this, but I find it as mineral or more than a lot of Chassagne I have been tasting whereas I was expecting a touch more fruitiness. Gains a point due to its intensity, but looses a point as not particularly complex from the aroma perspective. This ressembles more a Roux Chassagne than a Ramonet or Colin. The following day, this went surprisingly well with a bo bun and nem (without peanuts). Ok, I really liked this, especially on day 2. Too bad it is 20% more expensive (in the shop I bought it) than the Colin that I enjoy at least as much (from a different shop). 90-91

  • Lime profile. Quite rich.

  • Denne trenger mye luft eller 2 år til i kjelleren. Bra intensitet, men er forknytt rett etter åpning og fremstår mye bedre dag 2.
