  • Very dark berries notes with leather, toasted peppers, earthy cumin and tumeric in the nose and palate. Quite rich and low in acidity, the medium bodied mid-palate is full of ripe cassis with a soft but chalky tannins in a one dimensional finish. This can be aged for further 3 years to let the tannins resolve. Still prefer their straight Cabernets.
