This was a delight tonight with lots of cool green and tropical fruit with bitter honey undertones. Excellent and drinking well almost immediately after opening.

This is one of the best French Chardonnay's I can remember tasting in recent years for under $20. Just seamlessly balanced from start to finish. Perfectly ripe (but not overripe) fruit – veers from orchard to citrus – with noticable texture, real freshness and total confidence. This is what I have been looking for (and bought more after tasting it). Nice story too if you google it.

Nice color. The nose sports fragrant aromas of ginger, citrus, cream, white flowers, and a hint of minerals. This is medium bodied on the palate with very good concentration and good finesse. The medium plus length finish features brisk acidity. Lovely style!

Wine tasting pour. Pretty nose, a little bit unusual - had some grapefruit components, but also did have minerals, no oak, probably no malolactic fermentation , decent acidity. Nice.

Always a delight with lots of light, but penetrating, cool green and tropical fruit.

Always a delightful Vire Clesse with pretty stone fruit balanced beautifully with acidity and minerality. A perennial favorite.

Similar to previous bottles – an insane value at under $18 for white Burgundy. Everything works in concert and it is highly drinkable.

Enjoyed this again with similar thoughts to the previous bottle but somehow not quite as captivating.
