Honey coloured now, viscous and smooth. Moderate complexity, and no burnt, toasty or swampy notes, which I was expecting. Still sweet and very appealing. Don’t overchill, but then again don’t underchill.

Drink 'em if you got 'em. Peach and pear aromas leap out of the bottle. Ann says mango. Peach/mango flavors linger, very slightly acidic. Drank this a little warmer than ordinary because we didn't have the foresight to chill it down, and that turned out to be fortuitous. Not profound, but not a gulper either -- very nice.
