PnP. Nice fine mousse. Yeasty nose of strawberry and red raspberry. Palate delivers a red raspberry punch with strong acidity, granite, and red cherry notes. Cherry conitnues on the finish, adding watermelon, brioche, and croissant. Well-balanced.

Beautiful color in the glass leaning toward orange a bit more than rose pink. Strawberry and watermelon on the nose and palate. Refreshingly easy drinking.

Smells a little cheesy. Usually get this note from pinot noir based Champagnes with some age. On the palate, cherry and a savory herbal finish. Very nice.

Fairly large bubbles, quite carbonated (better after swirling a few times). Some bread on the nose. Lots of mineral, some red berry. Good acidity, with a dry finish

Light strawberry on the nose. On the palate, yellow apple and strawberry with some yeasty notes, with a fine bubble and no detectable sweetness. This was a good value at about $50.

Produced by Earl Regnault. Really big fan of this. So refreshing, clean, and delicious - much like the Bruno Paillard from the other night: gulpable. Imagine taking a stroll through a rose garden on a coastal estate right after a summer rain while eating a watermelon, strawberry, peach, or nectarine. You have this wine.

Light pink color. Great flavor of fresh flowers with hints of strawberry and raspberry. A fantastic champagne.
