PnP. Medium light red. Intense nose of cherry, lavender, earth/leaves,red berries. Big wine on the palate with intense cherry and other red fruited flavors and a very long largely fruit driven finish. What tannins there are, are buried in the fruit. Lovely wine which could age for another decade; will try and keep my hands off the last bottle til 2030.

Beautiful wine, red spicy fruited nose but taut well balanced palate with lots of red fruit combined with classy Anderson Valley earth, mushroom. Wide open in a place of early development. Bought on release and stored in my cool cellar. Opened with 1 hour decant. A stunning wine that so well speaks of its place that is highly enjoyable now and would age for a long long time. I’d love to have one of these at age 20.

750ml; PnP; a tight pinot with red fruits, chewy tannins, slight stemmy character. Basically, not ready to drink. Wait 5 yrs for this baby or decant for 6-8 hours.

In the zone with some age and earthiness.
